Beech Bend Raceway Park welcomed MMRA racers for the third time this year
and the day proved to be great fun for most. Racers were on the track
quickly and there were hours of practice to help everyone get a handle on
the tricky oval. To qualify, we used the "European" format where
several cars were on track at the same time with transponders recording all
the laps. Pole winners were Joey Greening in Future Stars, Mason
Mingus in Junior PRO, and Kevin Bush in PRO.
The Future Stars finishing order has been corrected from the original
posting.
