2010 MMRA Awards Banquet Report

The 2010 MMRA Awards banquet was held in conjunction with the Georgia minicup group at the Georgia Motorsports Hall of Fame in Dawsonville, Georgia.  As you can guess from the location, there was lots to see if you are a Bill Elliott fan.  It was awesome to see many of the awards he won in his career - from Winston Cups, to race awards, and even a copy of the Million dollar check he received from R.J. Reynolds for the Winston Million.  There were many racecars and exhibits which made for a fun time.

Many thanks to the Bullards and Willinghams who organized the event, decorated the room, arranged the great food, and provided a fun event for everyone.  Many racers came from far away, including Oklahoma, Indiana, and even New Jersey.  Congratulations to the champions pictured below and all our racers for a successful 2010 season and we'll look forward to seeing you again in 2011.
