Kimmel Wins the Cup!

Early in the 2002 season, MMRA was excited to be included in the new Valvoline Cup National Championship program.  Our "Scaled Stock" division included thousands of Legends cars, Bandoleros, Allison Legacy, Baby Grand, Pro Challenge, Cup Lite, and dwarf cars. 

Up against long odds however, a minicup racer won the big prize!  Congratulations to Will Kimmel of Sellersburg, Indiana on an outstanding season that included victory in the MMRA Nationals Presented by the U.S. Air Force as well as regional championships.  During a stellar season, Will earned $1500 cash from MMRA, $1000 for the Valvoline Cup Championship and lots of other prizes such as a new Dur-A-Flex racing body and Valvoline Cup Championship jacket.
